I have the honour to forward you a let-
ter which I have received from the Chief Manager of the Dock
Company, accompanied by a tracing (marked "A") relating to
certain property which has been acquired by the Company at
Huughon and proposing to acquire and enclose certain portions
of the adjoining public streets.

This matter was dealt with in 0.8.0.
1698/1900 and it was arranged that, subject to the approval of
the Secretary of State, the Company would be granted as an ex-
tension of their property the land covered by the roads ad-
joining the houses which they then proposed to acquire, a pre-
miun of 50 cents per Square Foot and Crown Kent pro rata with
that of bunghor Inland Lot 24 being paid for the area of such
roads.

The Company have not succeeded in ac-
quiring all of the houses, but have partially carried out their
scheme and now desire to take up the corresponding area of
roads. I attach a tracing (marked "E") which shows more clearly
the portions of roads now applied for.
I submit that the Company be informed
that their present application will be granted subject to the
approval of the Secretary of State and to the following condi-
tions:-
